Exchange & Return Policy
Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange at our outlet, or you can contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier.
Perahan By Hynain allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of an item will be allowed if:
The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item.
The customer, in his/her request for exchange, has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item.
The item is in its original packing, and the price tag is intact.
The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item.
It has no odours, perfume scents, stains, or anything suggesting the item was used or washed.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at the regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Perahan By Hynain reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange. Upon acceptance of the exchange request, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
This exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside Pakistan.
No Refund Policy
Perahan By Hynain strictly follows a NO refund policy. The option of cashback is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or the payment has been processed.
Damage & Claims
The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if:
- The item(s) received has any manufacturing defect, incorrect size, or wrong item shipped.
- The complaint is raised within 2 working days of receiving the parcel along with the paper invoice (via call, message, or email).
Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.
Note: Items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. These items can only be exchanged at our retail outlet.
International Orders
Currently, Perahan By Hynain does not offer an Exchange or Return option for international orders.
However, in case of any damaged or incorrect item received, the customer can contact our customer care department for a credit note, discount, or refund. To ensure a smooth resolution, customers are encouraged to take pictures of the package before and after opening it.
- The customer must notify us of any discrepancy within 7 days of receiving the online order.
- Complaints after this time period cannot be entertained.
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Perahan By Hynain is not obligated to return, refund, or compensate the order amount.
Perahan By Hynain thoroughly investigates complaints to identify misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance.
